JET SET JOE is the sole owner of the information collected
on www.jetsetjoe.com. JET SET JOE collects information
from our members at several different points on our web

Registration
In order to use this web site, a member must first complete
the registration form. During registration a member is required
to give contact information (such as name and email address).
We use the information to contact to the member about services
on our site for which he/she has expressed interest. It
is optional for the member to provide demographic information
(such as income level and gender), and unique identifiers
(such as, member name and password), but is encouraged to so we
can provide a more personalized experience on our site.

request additional information from the member on our registration
form. A member must provide contact information (such as
name, email, and billing address) and financial information
(such as credit card number with expiration date). This information
is used for billing purposes and to deposit funds into
the credit card account during a qualified transaction (The
Merchant and credit card are registered with Jet Set Joe).
If we have trouble processing an order, the information

Use
In general, any information collected from you or obtained
from other sources is used only to fulfill the objectives
of Jet Set Joe. However, some information is used
to make special offers to you unless you elect not to participate
in or receive those offers.
The member’s credit
card transaction data is sent to Adventure Tracker and the
loyalty program provider to be used as contemplated in the
loyalty program. Data is discarded after the rebates are
processed. Personal data is not sold, transferred, licensed
in part or in whole. Adventure Tracker is committed to protecting
the integrity of the data that is received in registration and the credit
card processing
Data
is received from each merchant participant. Every merchant
participant authorizes and instructs its credit card transaction
processor to send the merchant’s transaction data
to be processed for rebates. In addition, each member participant
authorizes and consents to have his or her transaction data
to be sent for the purpose of the rebate processing.
Additional
non-personal data (statistical data) may be used to generate
reports for the purpose of providing better service and
content. For example, we may find that, statistically, the
number one destination is Hawaii. In which case, our focus may shift accordingly to provide
bigger rebates and better packages for our members traveling to Hawaii.
Profile
We store information that we collect through cookies, log
files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile
of our members. A profile is stored information that we
keep on individual members that details their viewing preferences.
Consequently, collected information is tied to the member's
personal identifiable information to provide offers and
improve the content of the site for the member. This profile
is used to tailor a member's visit to our Web site, and
to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We share
your profile with third parties in additional form only. Your profile is shared
