Membership Terms and Conditions:
1.Member Registration is Automatic when you book your travel.

2. Membership Registration includes information (such as, name and e-mail address), unique identifiers (such as, group or affiliate ID), financial information (such as, credit card numbers), and demographic information (such as, zip code). We use the customer contact information from the registration form to track, calculate and award rebates, to notify customers of earnings and account activity, to provide our customers with information about our company and possible promotional material from some of our merchant partners, and to contact our members with information about features and functionality of the site.

3. Purchase of goods or services from a corporation or merchant participating in the loyalty program (merchant participants) by automatically member registered credit cards, generate the rebates, rewards or other incentives for the member participants and/or beneficiaries (consumer participants) in Jet Set Joe. Jet Set Joe matches the purchases of registered member participants with registered merchant participants and other factors to determine eligibility, and then calculate the amount of the rebate, reward or other incentives accruing from the eligible transaction.

4. Members receive rebates as credits to their credit/debit card statement(s). At times, it may be necessary for the rebates to be mailed in the form of checks.

5. The member’s credit/debit card transaction data is sent to Jet Set Joe and the loyalty program provider, to be used as contemplated in the loyalty program. Data is discarded after the rebates are processed. Personal data is not sold, transferred, licensed in part or in whole. Jet Set Joe is committed to protecting the integrity of the data that is received during the credit card processing.

6. Data is received from each merchant participant. Every merchant participant authorizes and instructs its credit card transaction processor to send the merchant’s transaction data to be processed for rebates. In addition, each member participating authorizes and consents to have his or her transaction data to be sent for the purpose of the rebate processing.

7. Additional non-personal data (statistical data) may be used to generate reports for the purpose of providing better service and content. For example, we may find that, statistically, the number one destination is Hawaii. In which case, our focus may shift accordingly to provide bigger rebates and better packages for our members traveling to Hawaii.

8. Membership fees and length of membership - Memberships are continuous and membership fees are billed automatically to the account on record with Jet Set Joe at the then applicable rate. Jet Set Joe will not cancel your membership without prior notice.
